This company installed our double glazed windows and doors. I first reported issues back in October 2021, and I've had to keep following up. As of February 2023, the problem still isn't sorted. They’re great at taking your orders, but their customer service? Not so much. I’ve now learned from Assure Certification that TWS / Nu Rooms have shut down. I won’t be giving them another shot, even if they pop up under a different name. The after-service is just unacceptable.

The process of putting up the new solid roof on my conservatory went okay, but the customer service was a nightmare from the get-go. I made all my payments to TWS right on schedule, yet they dropped the ball on completing the DGCOS registration for my project that wrapped up in October. Now, I’m left without a warranty since TWS has gone out of business. To make matters worse, it seems TWS held onto the money meant for the Building Regulations subcontractor, so I’m stuck shelling out another £300 to get my Building Regs certificate.
How’s a customer supposed to figure out what’s going on with an insolvency process? It wouldn’t have cost TWS a dime to handle the DGCOS registrations properly, at least to offer their customers some sort of remedy in case any issues pop up down the line with their completed work.

Just when we were gearing up to take legal action for the damages from their leaky conservatory roof, the company went bust. Steer clear of the folks behind TWS, also known as Nu Room Ltd, based in Leeds. If you want to dig up their names, just hop onto the Government website, search for Nu Room, and you’ll uncover all the details about the company, including the names and where they’re located. Remember, you can actually take the owners of a defunct company to court for any money they owe you.

I got a sturdy roof put on in August, and it was all good at first, but then things started to go south. An inspector came out to check for the building regulations, but there were a few problems that needed fixing. After months of endless calls and unfulfilled promises, we just found out that the company has gone bankrupt. Looks like we might have to fork out for building regulations again. Anyone know which company TWS works with for that? Thanks in advance!

Got the roof put on, but I found out the company is going through insolvency. They didn’t provide a building certificate. I had to shell out £300 just to get the certificate released, even though I had already settled the bill. There’s no warranty on the roof either. In these insolvency situations, the suppliers get paid first, then the building surveyor, and if there’s anything left, it’s for us! So, I ended up spending an extra £300 with no guarantee!

They did a solid job on my conservatory back in October 2022. Sadly, I just got a letter saying they’ve stopped trading and are likely going under. I still don’t have a final building certificate, even though they set up an inspection for me in December 2022.

TWS put in our windows and doors six years back, and everything was fine. However, three years ago, we started seeing some splitting on the door's covering, which was pretty obvious since the doors are black. We were told that this didn’t compromise the door’s integrity. That’s alright, but it’s not what we forked out hundreds of pounds for.
Just last month, with the first frost, the door has developed even more splits, and it looks like it’s come apart from the glass. Now it’s really hard to miss.
I reached out to TWS through their answering service and got a text back. I sent over pictures showing all the damage.
Honestly, I take this lack of a solid response to our issue quite personally. The work was funded with a small inheritance I got after my dad passed away.
Their excuse for the slow follow-up is COVID. But come on, you’d think they’d put in some real effort to catch up by now.

It's really inconsiderate when someone not only takes up a Disabled Bay but also hogs one and a half of them for their van. No blue badge in sight! The way they park suggests they ought to have a disabled badge since they clearly struggle in wider spaces, so I doubt they’d manage in a regular parking spot! Wish I could upload some pics to show this. McDonald's in Keighley, car park. Happy New Year, but I definitely won’t be coming back to this place!

I didn’t catch the registration details, unfortunately. The driver was wearing a hoodie with a scaffolding company’s name on it. Sorry, aside from a photo, I don’t have much else to share. Maybe you could remind all your drivers about the importance of not making it tough for those who genuinely need disabled bays. Also, it might be worth mentioning that the van has the company logo on it, and they’re representing you, which can lead to some bad reviews and impressions of your business.

I just had my solid roof put in and I can't say enough good things about TWS. From the first contact to the final touches, everything was done in a professional manner. They provided me with a work schedule, and they stuck to it. A big shoutout to the two installers who braved some seriously wet weather to get the roof on and sealed up in just one day, finishing everything off in two. The plasterers also did a great job and left the place spotless. Overall, it was a really nice experience with zero hassle. I would definitely recommend TWS to anyone in the market for a solid conservatory roof and I appreciate their excellent service.

I’m really happy with the service and work provided by TWS. They were super friendly and dependable, with no holdups at all! Everything was completed in just 4 days, including the electrical work. My conservatory looks way better and feels a lot warmer! I can’t recommend their tile roof system highly enough. Huge thanks!

For the past five years, TWS has taken care of my front and back doors, fascias and soffits, windows, and even swapped out my conservatory roof with their Nu-Room system. I've always been blown away by the service, the hard work, and the commitment of their team. The quality of what they offer and their aftercare is truly unmatched. Any problems that pop up are handled swiftly and effectively. They just wrapped up our window installation, and as usual, they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them.

From the friendly, well-informed salesperson to the scaffolders, roofers, plasterers, and electrician, everyone did a fantastic job. The crew was super polite, and their workmanship was top-notch. We were really impressed by how smoothly everything came together. We’d surely recommend them.
